Cathy’s passion for Pilates was discovered decades ago while pursuing her solution to a post-natal baby body and now her post-menopausal body is a testament to the lifelong benefits of practicing Pilates. Prior to her joining Dragonfly, Cathy taught Pilates at The Club Sport and Health for over a decade.
Cathy believes Pilates is for every body, but not always in the same way. Her philosophy is that people live, learn and move in different ways and their Pilates session should be personally challenging, invigorating and mostly enjoyable! While she works with clients of all ages and fitness levels ~ she has gravitated to clients with special conditions such as Parkinson’s, MS, Diabetes and Cancer, as well as those rehabbing from hip and knee surgery.
