Doug’s forty-nine-year career as a professional dancer has been about movement…Now he brings the same love of movement via Pilates! He finds it rewarding to watch the joy in his client’s eyes when they actually see and feel the transformation in their body, mind, and overall sense of well-being. Doug is particularly keen to the Pilates exercises that address upper back extension and bringing a deep connection with the legs and arms to the core; providing whole-body strengthening.
