Pilates Beginner Series

50 minutes sessions / 24-hour cancellation policy

Our Pilates Beginners Series is designed for individuals who have never practiced Pilates before. It's Pilates from the ground-up, with each movement explained in a relatable way. You will be encouraged to practice outside of class to ensure that that you are benefiting in your everyday life. By the end of the eight-week series, you will have a strong understanding of Pilates, feeling the benefits and confidence to join our Dragonfly Pilates community. *Offer valid for new clients.

  • With only 6 members per class, be assured that you will receive plenty of personal attention and individualized instruction.

  • Series starts January 2022 - available on Tuesdays at 6 pm and Thursdays at 8 am Eastern.

Due to space restrictions and check-in logistics, we respectfully ask that all events be pre-registered.

*Client Terms:

  • Existing Client - Offers valid for any client who is currently active at the studio one or more days per week.

  • Lapsed Client - Offers valid for any client who has been away from the studio for 3 months or more.

  • New Client - Offers valid for anyone that has not previously purchased or utilized our services.
