New to Pilates? Let us show you how to fly…
Everyone benefits from Pilates — from the fitness fanatic to the exercise averse, our diverse selection of classes has something for everyone. New clients of all fitness levels and Pilates experience are required to have an Initial Evaluation in the form of a private session. In this lesson, you’ll learn the ropes and we’ll learn about you — your individual needs, your body awareness, and any limitations you may have, so that you can get the most out of your experience at Dragonfly Pilates. At the end of the session, we’ll work together to develop an optimal training plan to best suit your needs.
The Initial Evaluation is not structured to be a difficult one — it’s more of an assessment tool than a traditional “workout.” Don’t be alarmed! Once we know your strengths and weaknesses, we’ll have a better understanding of how we can best challenge you in the most effective manner possible. From that point, we’ll decide together whether you should pursue additional private sessions, move on to group classes, or a combination of both. This is a mutual decision, based on your comfort level, the physical assessment, and your health history.
Ready to begin your journey? Complete the form. We’ll respond to you within 48-hours. We look forward to hearing from you.

“Dragonfly Pilates classes are friendly and fun, but they also are hard work. Even in group sessions, exercises are tailored to individual goals and to encourage new goals as one grows stronger. No one gets left behind. No one gets an easy class. I am more confident physically and psychologically. Also, because Dragonfly Pilates is about building rather than burnout, I expect to be able to continue to work and to grow for a lifetime.”
