Intro to Pilates Virtual Membership
This BEGINNERS ONLY is the best way to experience what Pilates can do for you! You’ll learn and fine-tune basic movements on a mat, that will prepare you for our group virtual classes and then in-studio apparatus sessions on the Reformer, Tower, and Chair. This class is designed to help you strengthen your core, improve your posture, improve your flexibility.

Offer available to new clients only, one per new student – former clients of 18 months or less are not eligible. Membership is for Intro to Pilates 1 & Intro to Pilates 2 classes. Membership cannot be paused or transferred. Membership is non-refundable. 24-cancellation policy still applies.
